    Megan Graves, Co-Founder and Psychotherapist

Megan is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a natural ability to understand mental health from both a scientific and humanistic perspective. During her coursework at the University of Wyoming she gravitated towards the field of therapy because it coupled two of her passions for study; psychology and philosophy. She continues to bring the merits of these fields of study into her present clinical work, allowing her clients the space to process through the deeper philosophical questions that are part of the human experience while still staying rooted in the science of empirically-backed skill work that fosters growth and change.

Megan’s 6-year clinical experience includes working in a variety of mental health settings across the state of Wyoming, Denver Colorado, and now Jackson WY. She has held positions as an inpatient team therapist, community-based therapist, home-based therapist, and crisis therapist.

Megan has experience with working with a diverse population of clients aged 2-80. Early on in her career she was immersed in family-systems work that afforded her the opportunity to facilitate individual, family, and couples therapy, as well as specialized parent-coaching. In recent years Megan has gravitated towards working with adult populations, treating acute mental health needs such as trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, and relational issues.

Megan is passionate about the field of mental health. She wholeheartedly believes in the power of therapy to help people progress towards healing. Beyond working with the individuals she treats, she is committed to bringing awareness and knowledge to mental health issues both in her community and the world at large.
